Hello,
Issues are as follows:

Not awarded Teishin Raikou having played since day 1.

Not awarded Nightfall armour despite watching the series.

Constantly receiving “you were banned for quitting” message despite not actually quitting. It doesn’t physically ban me so I believe that it’s just a UI bug.

Constantly getting “retrieving data” message instead of post game stats screen, it doesn’t actually prevent me receiving rewards/rankings so may again be UI glitch.

This bug is a rare one, I have had it happen twice in over 200 games. I try to enter matchmaking and options are grayed out, I can’t do anything at all and get no error message. I ended up having to reset the application itself via dashboard.
