Type of Bug: achievement bug- Description: after completing achievements they say done unlocking, but remain in the locked section.- Video / Screenshot: after completing achievements they say done unlocking, but remain in the locked section. once the % reaches 100% they should move over the the unlocked section and add to your gamer score- Steps to reproduce: Bug happens randomly- Reproduction rate: Can’t reproduce but I have two achievements locked this way. Another person on the same console unlocked these same achievements.

Type of Bug: second player doesn’t get credit in campaign coop for completing missions- Description: After completing campaign chapters the second player does get credit under the coop section. Both players will get any achievements- Video / Screenshot: when completing a coop mission both players who completed the mission should get credit under the coop section for completing the mission- Steps to reproduce: complete a mission on split screen coop- Reproduction rate: happens 100% of the time
