I suggest creating a website for your members to interact on,I recommend using Forumotion
to accomplish this task.

The next step is to get recruits,simply make a thread here named ‘do you like <insertnounhere> we have it!’

Then you must find a suitably large clan to go to and say ‘I want to destroy you,to waaarrrr!’

Have fun until Halo 4 comes out and your clan is rendered obsolete.
