A challenge system with more social features

Can we have a challenge system that encourages us to play with our friends?

I think it would be great if the were a button we could click that would sync up the challenges of an entire fireteam so we could all progress the weekly challenge together.

A plus would be to allow us to see what our teammates’ challenges are, so we can work together to get the challenges done. (Example, someone needs gravity hammer kills and someone else needs sword kills, so two teammates trade those weapons during a fiesta match)

I feel like a feature along these lines would encourage players to engage more with the game, and bring more teamwork to social playlists

The games social features are lackluster at best. But Xbox’s social features in general have been downgrading the past few years. Microsoft isn’t putting much stock in that kind of thing anymore.
