I am suprised they haven’t fixed it even though they say that they did a patch for it, maybe something is still causing the problem.
From my experience it gets reset sometimes if you start progression on Steam and then play with the same account on Xbox and try to progress the same challenges again and vise versa.
I only play on Xbox and it happened to me. There’s been quite a few threads about people having the same issue so it seems to be very common. Lets hope the do a fix soon.
