To all of you who’ve played Boneyard on BTB, you’ll know that the construction site on the other side of the massive structure is rarely, rarely battled upon (it’s where the 1st phase of Boneyard: Invasion takes place).
Thus, I’ve put together a battle map with RyanW’s template, featuring the construction side of Boneyard. A warthog is in the middle, with a ghost and a mongoose on both team’s spawns.
Red team spawns in the small house near the cliff, and Blue team spawns at the right gateway to the other side of the map if you were playing Invasion (It is blocked off). The structure itself is also blocked off with shield doors.
Rockets spawn on the corner “hill” that has another house and is gained by using the bridge. You may also use a gravity lift placed at the bottom of the hill’s wall near the Elite middle team spawn in Invasion. On the bridge is a sniper (Blue team will most likely get it first), so to combat it, Red team gets a focus rifle near the cliff steps up into the structure. An energy sword is beneath the large ramp near the tall pole, and a grenade launcher is under the “barricade” where the Elite middle team spawns in Invasion. Two plasma grenades are also located there. A shotgun, a concussion rifle, and two plasma pistols are on the map for downloaders to locate. a spiker is near both team’s spawns, and an plasma repeater is in the house on the hill. Each team will also get a needle rifle and DMR around them. Plus, gravity lifts will shoot you near/up to a balanced turret position.
This is best played with Slayer AA Revamped, which stands for Slayer Armor Abilities Revamped. instead of armor lock, players can choose drop shield, which I feel is underused. With drop shield, sprint is there for flat plain boosts, jetpack for vertical boosts, and hologram and active camo for deceptions.
Construction can be played 1 vs. 1 to 8 vs. 8… It can also be played as a FFA map.
