On 6/29 after the update I bought the 34X + 13 req pack for $99.99 and it never showed up for me to open. I backed out of the game and went back in. Nothing. I turned off the system and went back in. Nothing. I turned it off holding the button till the light went off. Nothing. I even unplugged the system and router, waited 10 minutes and went back in. Nothing. Then I called Xbox Support Purchasing. They verified I had made the purchase and said I qualified for the refund, but had to be transfered to do some troubleshooting first and would be given a reference number and transfered back to Purchasing after to process the refund. The person I was then sent to verified I did all the things I already listed, verified I made the purchase, verified I was never given what I paid for, and even verified it was an ongoing problem with other customers. But then told me all they could do was refer me to the publisher of the game. I told them they were supposed to give me a reference number and transfer me back to Purchasing. They claimed they didn’t know what I was talking about and couldn’t do anything for me. I told them they just told me they showed me paying THEM for the reqs, and that I recieved NOTHING for my $100. I told them that was theft and sales fraud. They refused to resolve the issue despite their complete admission of not providing goods paid for in full. Any ideas or help before I dispute the charges with the bank and file suit?
It took 2 full days, but it did finally come up. Don’t know if it was because of me calling or the system is just that slow.
