So I just completed all of the Spartan Ops Missions on Heroic but I only have a 98% completion even though when I look to see which one wasn’t completed the game says I completed all of the Spartan Ops Missions on Heroic. I’m aware that there have been some glitches preventing achievements from being unlocked but I would think that this would be fixed by now. Is there a way to see which Missions I haven’t done from this site (I’m new) and if so how? Or do I have to wait for the achievement to be unlocked?

The achievement unlocked while I was in a matchmaking game, not sure why though.

As far as I know, there isn’t a way to check which mission you are missing or hasn’t registered on Waypoint.
You may be able to check your achievements on Waypoint through your Service Record for MCC and see if an achievement isn’t showing up there. Usually issues like this are caused by a desync with your save data on your Xbox, the Cloud save and your achievements. For me, this has happened multiple times if my internet drops out in MCC and it has happened once with Doom.
If you re-do a mission and it doesn’t register again, the only fix I found (do this as a LAST resort) is to do a full factory reset of the Xbox as it forces a resync for everything. Again, this is a solution only to be used as a last resort because it could be a simple fix such as identifying and simply replaying a mission, which may or may not resolve the issue.

You would think they would allow you to see which mission wasn’t “Completed” on Waypoint. Oh well, thanks anyway dude 
You might as well just start doing Spartan Ops missions on Legendary if you care about achievements so much. Completing missions on Legendary also counts towards achievements for every difficulty below it. Once you’ve completed the one you missed for Heroic while on your Legendary run, you wouldn’t have to waste time playing all the missions again on Heroic. You’d already have a head start on the next difficulty!

The achievements on Xbox do that from time to time. Happened to me on alien isolation(beat game without dying) and unlocked while playing something else later that day. And I think a couple levels in Mcc for par scores. But I didn’ mind the par score ones as I didn’ find them difficult so just redid them and it unlocked after the second try.

The achievements can be delayed sometimes. I don’t know why they do that
