Well you see this is where your point is not accurate and your claims are not based on facts. You are using “measured numbers” or “metrics” of the viewing numbers in an attempt to validate actual active player base statistics…they are not one of the same thing.

I told you before, this is the last time I will. There were just under 100,000 active viewers on HCS Winter’s stream. What that means is that there is interest and the game isn’t dead.

Did you read your own post? Everyone was just there for twitch drops. Pulled up a stream on my phone, set it to MiniPlayer, moved it to the edge of the phone screen on mute, and went about my work for four hours. An OG 1v1 or FFA tournament could be interesting but I don’t give a jewel encrusted crap about “eSports” teams.

They’re not saying the games dead as in no one’s touching it… the popularity of halo is dead no one cares for HCS anymore that died when MLG died all competitive games lost popularity, 98.000 views yeah that’s good but not good enough to keep HCS going they are also doing drops because they know it isn’t popular anymore.
