Come on bro. Are you telling me super sliding off a box ISN’T fun to watch? There’s SUCH a dynamic in player expression how can it not be enjoyable to watch? I mean, aren’t we supposed to be wowed for 10 years after seeing someone getting repulsored off the map in the same predictable spot?

Dude i was watching a movie and had my phone on silent at the twitch stream just to collect the drops, i got 40 minutes more for BR and i will close it right away…and no i don’t play Halo infinite till they fix the game and i am sure they will so i need the skins.

You can easily go look at the steam charts to see the player count of people actually playing. Maybe multiply by 2 to include consoles.
I stopped playing but still came to get the rewards cuz they’re a nice skin. Eventually, I’ll go back to Infinite for an event or season 2 so I still want to have free skins. Player count in a stream doesn’t proof player count in the game.

I mean, you can just look at the top played games on xbox and see that it’s above games that have fairly healthy playerbases. Roblox, Siege, Destiny…

steam numbers aren’t even close to the actual numbers, look at the xbox game charts. Steam also doesn’t include people who are playing the microsoft version on PC, half the people I know are using that as well.
Someone posted recently that there is around 2.5m unique users daily. and its trending upwards on xbox. soo I guess the games dead.
I watched for a few hours and all I got was the skin for the assault rifle. I didn’t get the one for the pistol or the tactical rifle. I did get the chalice and the other one. I know the stance comes out tomorrow.
There’s been some pretty good activity going on in the different feeds. You can jump in and out and check them out. That’s what I was doing.
So to help you with this, you have to claim the AR skin, watch for another hour and that will give you the sidekick, claim that and watch again to earn the BR.
The chalice emblem is through watching a partner stream.

Not sure why ppl are arguing over number of viewers? Who cares how many are watching for whatever reason…it doesn’t have any impact on the quality of the game we’re all playing which is a broken mess. Anyways, I’ve logged in to 2 accounts to unlock the drops…that’s 2 views for 1 person for those that care about viewing stats.
This just made me laugh so hard

The real question is if they removed the drops and you didn’t have people afk with the stream muted for the loot, how far that number falls.

Yea, but this is true to some degree for every games views and twitch drops. It’s like a point of pride in gaming communities to just background watch for drops for some reason
