I hope 343i doesn’t bend the definition of the words “committed” and “fix” when it comes to this massive project of a collection.
Because committed means “feeling dedication and loyalty to a cause, activity, or job; wholeheartedly dedicated”.
And fix means “mend; repair”.
Because previous games, thou shall not be named, was not these two words.

I’m personally still having problems with co-op. The whole joining deal hasn’t been completely fixed. I’m still getting the being booted from my co-op party every 1 out of 4 times. Especially when I’m playing Halo 1 and 2.
Achievements not unlocking on time.
The lack of perma playlists is an honest black eye to Halo 2, 3 and Reach. Don’t even bring up population into this. It is because of the lack of invested playlists this late into the longevity of MMC is why many left to go play other FPS’s. Rotational playlists didn’t work in Halo 4 and it does not work in MMC and it won’t work in Halo 5.
These are a few of the problems I’m having.

So as you can see, there are still plenty of issues. Better than before, but when this is fixed, than i can be happy
Sorry for drive by posting, I was in a hurry when I realized the date.
All the bugs, and, the two biggest features that are missing for me?
Since I have the MCC as a pre-ordered digital download, I had happy visions in my head of playing the MCC and then getting a disc for Halo 5, letting me flit from one Halo to the next, just as easily as you can switch between any other games on the Xbone. Then 11/1/2014 MCC launch happened…I am blue and dead waiting for the “as you remember it” versions.
Yeah this game’s had so many problems that a MS style feedback page should have existed. Especially with 343i’s style of “communication”. We needed a running list of issues brought up by community members and “completed” and “in progress” status markers on them.
But of course that would be a logical solution and they’d be left with a huge laundry list of unaddressed items right now.
Last night I wanted to join my buddy who was waiting at the match making main screen using the “join friend” option and it wouldn’t let me! It’s been 9 months ffs.
I take it OP and I have differing definitions of “essential features”. Pretty sure in the last week I’ve started up the game, shot up a bunch of aliens and Spartans using guns, and gallivanted about the universe with a group of friends.

Yeah, even matchmaking doesn’t work for a large swath of the population…but don’t worry, they are working around the clock to fix this!!! Where is this clock, Jupiter?

But I agree- What’s with the hold up? I haven’t heard of anything since forever. Are we going on three months without a new patch?
