9/11/16 can't co-op or multiplayer

Ever since yesterday, I can’t play co-op or multiplayer

yesterday afternoon, I was able to get it to create a fireteam after forcing both boxes off and rebooting

Last night, it was fine entirely

today, despite forcing down and rebooting, despite disconnecting from power, I cannot join a fireteam

i get various errors, but I cannot do co-op or multiplayer

i checked network settings
no Xbox system outages
no halo outages
validated connection

anyone else having issues?

Same. trying to find a match on Arena Slayer and game just stays on searching for players. Tried Warzone, same thing.

As of right now, more than 6 hours later, it just started allowing me to create a fireteam and join a multiplayer match
