85% bloom vid?

GameTrailers recently posted a few gameplay videos of Anniversary. It looks like this one may have some of the TU settings enabled. Bloom looks to be reduced on the DMR (46 sec and 1:58). Also you can see bleed through on the pistol at 1:35.

Bloom on the DMR and Pistol looks like is expands less with every shot fired and also looks like it resets faster.

We all know bloom can be turned off entirely which is awesome. The 85% setting is what I’m most curious about as it will probably be the setting for the majority of playlists come November.
