Why is this? Halo was never like this before Reach. Every game seems to be doing it, but I thought better of 343i. I know it’s a way of making more retailers to sell there goods but why should I miss out on game content? I don’t care for the “it’s their game, they can do what they want” argument , I’m the one paying money and playing it. I’ve been playing Halo since 8/9 with CE and gamers hate day 1 DLC, I can tell you. I wouldn’t mind if they were first day unlocks, like recon in Reach but why hold content from us like this?

Store Skins, are not in game exclusive, they would be unlockable at on time, they just give you the skin before so you don’t work for it.

I agree. I think this is a money grabbing scheme that’s harsh on completionists… UNLESS they are all available to everyone in game or dlc. I think the limited and collectors stuff should stay exclusive though.

Apart from that I think Halo 4 looks incredible.

These pre-order bonuses drive a completionist like me crazy. I hope they release everything to everyone eventually. Unless they have specials like Recon.

Yes, depending where you pre-order will depend on what armour, skin etc you get, I’m also under the impression from what I read and from posted links that it will be made available to all at some point.
