i bought 3 7x gold packs one last nite and 2 just now they charged me but they are not showing up

Same I bought the 7x and the 10x and none are showing up I spent my money too this sucks

Same problem here. Purchased, email confirmation, money was taken out of my bank account but no packs to open

Hey folks. There were some issues with the REQ system yesterday. Try checked your unopened packs here on Waypoint or hard resetting your console. In some cases the packs does actually open, but you skip over the opening animation. In those cases the items are automatically added to your inventory :slight_smile:

i went through a bunch of hard resetting removeing my gamer profile and re in stalling game as told by microsoft customer support and nothing helped so its down to 343 for help

This is the second post from me about this issue. Money was taken out of my bank account and I received no product in return. I would ask that this be resolved in the next 24 hours or I would like a refund. If this happened in a physics store the place would be out of business. This is not acceptable. Either provide me the product that I paid for or give me the money back. There are no other options in this case.
The excuse about skipping the opening packs animation is not acceptable. I don’t, as I’m sure nobody does, have a record of exactly what reqs
i had before the purchase so if they went in automatically without me opening them I don’t know it and unless you can prove they did then I still have not received what I paid for.

i posted about this issue 2 days and very little help from 343 im like oneonezerozero something needs to be done i paid my money and nothing to show for it do something or give me money back
