7X Gold Packs NOT RECEIVING

I know this has already been posted here, but Id like to mentioned that this just happened to me. I cannot open/see Gold Packs. I purchased 7X for $19.99 and nothing is loading.

I contacted Microsoft and they informed me to contact 343. Is there another way to reach 343?

yeah at least temporarily disable the purchases.
