It’s a great thing that Halo Multiplayer is now available to more people than ever. However, it is unfair that people who bought the full game will have to deal with the same aggressive F2P monetization scheme. Even if the Campaign itself is worth the full price, you’re still left with an integral part of the Halo experience that is effectively handicapped by monetization.
People that buy the full game shouldn’t be punished with terrible progression, challenge swaps and $20 armor sets. I get that companies need to make money, but this is just a bad deal.

You’re saying, everyone should pay 60 bucks and never pay again for the next 10 years?
No. I am saying that a F2P monetization scheme has no business being in a full priced product. There are less intrusive ways to monetize games.

I agree.
Multiplayer though isn’t part of that “Full Priced” package. And because you decided to pay $60 for what they said is in the $60 package you’re now asking for the thing they said ISNT in the package to be included in the package.
This is that thing where you are told clearly what you get, you nod your head, say yes. Pay for it, then immediately ask why you got exactly what they said you were getting.
What do you call full priced that has not come out yet? Is Far Cry 6 not worth 60 bucks for being a single player only?
Or well, reviews say the Infinite campaign plays like the Batman arkham games. So was Batman Arkham Knight not worth 60 bucks as well?
