Hi my name is Jose. I made a purchase on Halo 5. Right now you guys have a deal going regarding the gold packs. On July 9, 2016 I purchased the bundle of gold packs that comes with 7 gold packs + 2 free. On the day of the purchase the gold packs never appeared. I reset my xbox various times, relogged on my account, and reset the game multiple times. Today this morning, its now Monday, July 11, 11:40 am. I chose to go back on my xbox and logged on Halo 5 to see if I got my gold packs. I have yet to open the packs on my game. I have contacted Microsoft in regards to this matter and they directed me to you. I would appreciate it if you guys help me resolve this issue, thank you.
