some of you may have heard of 69086 aurora cygnus there was a transmission at artifact.at.ua but was very scrambled a guy i know from another forum tried to decode it anyone any thoughts about this?
i put this in the halo 4 thread as it may seem to have connections to halo 4 if this is genuine, this person first started a thread relating to this on a halo forum under the halo 4 section

In the 69086 transmission the voice sounds like the gravemind … maybe hes talking to the librarian! in one of the anniversary vids he talk about the flood bringing him “freedom” or something along those lines … …
