For quitting to many of your games that you drop me in to where we are losing 550 to 30 so I quit ?
If you’re going to ban people for quitting then fix your silly drop in system and put some filters in so I can find games that DONT LAG and I wont have to quit.
Pretty sure I will be selling my H4 disc now too 
550 to 30? wow…I’ve never lost a game by that much.
It’s probably why people quit - either way I should not be penalized for being dropped in to these sorts of games (score) and quitting because I don’t want to be spawn killed etc etc.

I hate those types of games.
If I were in it from the beggining, we could’ve fought back and been in a better position. Instead I get thrown into a game where somebody ELSE screwed the pooch, and I’m the one who has to clean up the mess.
So if you’re terrible, you get to quit with no penalty, but if you’re good you get to finish the losing match on Exile where the enemy team has Tank, Guass, Banshee, Binary, and 3 Snipers?
If they don’t fix this JiP nonsense, I can honestly say I’ll be quitting the series when H5 is released.
Yeah or quitting games where matchmaking sets you up with a host on ther side of the planet…
Connection preferences need to be properly sorted. Should also be an option to not be put into games where there is a >100 pts difference.

343 is too proud to admit that their Join In Progress system is -Yoink-, not unlike Regicide.
Therefor they will penalize you for disagreeing.
As far as now I leave all games that lag too much or that are JiP too unbalanced (one team almost winning and the other losing)
They have no right for banning becouse of quitting, if we quit is becouse of their fail ._.
60 Minutes is all I need to drive to Gamestop and trade this mess in if that ever pops on my screen.
Matchmaking should not have JIP.
But i think it would be nice if JIP was its own custom search so you can see what the scores of the games you might want to join in.
Do you even realize how many games you would have to quit to receive that ban. Seems to me you just are afraid of losing. It’s one think if you are being camped. Also if you have bad lag then that is own fault. I play halo 4 and rarely have lag (though I still do once in a while).

It’s my choice why and when I quit - that’s what buying the game and my XBL subscription gives me.
I do not want to play laggy games, I do NOT want to be dropped in to no chance games etc etc and I feel I have the right to quit games that I do not want to play. My quitting effects nobody apart from me (due to join in progress) so why do I get banned?

You have no clue how many games it would take, because you are not a coder for 343. It’s probably one game to receive the ban, considering the other monumental evidence to their stupidity/ineptness.
Also, I’m always monitoring my ping when I’m playing, and regardless of it, I still lag to -Yoink- in at least 25% of the games I play (too many), despite the fact that my roundtrip latency is always <200ms.
I like the drop-in system, you’re first match should always be a drop-in. And after that if you stick together then you get to start from scratch. I’ve been dropped into matches where I was losing by more than 200 and won. And even a couple by more than 300 where it was within 50 at the end. Which is still a fun match for me. To comeback at a dominant team like that is fun.
Well, first off, you’ll only drop in once. If you were losing 550-30, then you could have held out for the last 5 kills and then been set for the next match.
You have to continuously quit out of games repeatedly to receive the quit ban.
If games being too laggy is a big issue, then it’s probably YOUR connection.
The ban system is in place for a reason.
To this moment, I don’t know where the mentality that because any feature or situation exists that its ok to quit out. It’s never been ok and the reduction of a player for any given segment of time is still a teammate down.
Slayer, objective, etc., it doesn’t make a difference.
JIP is not perfect and can leave a team down for an entire match. Don’t quit out and when you join an already lost match, just finish it out and get ready for the next one.
LMAO I can’t believe they implemented a 60 minute ban without a warning system and even though they have a JIP system that encourages quitting!!
Really pathetic, 60 minutes is outrageous. Why would a company want to ban you for so long so you can get pissed off with the game and start playing another game and forget about Halo 4.
It’s like going to Wal Mart too many times without buying something and being told you can’t come back for a week - But in this case I already paid for their product! 343 should really be ashamed with all the problems this game has had and their idiotic design choices. It’s laughable!

Good riddance, it’s too bad the ban was only 60 minutes. When I join a game in progress and we are behind by more than 100 points I immediately leave. I have never been banned. This leads me to believe that you are leaving games that you rightfully lost.
You deserve a longer ban.
