I have had trouble accessing the 6 specializations that came with the Halo 4 Limited Edition. I have previously entered the correct 25 digit code, but they no longer appear under specializations. I contacted Xbox support and performed the following troubleshooting options:
>re-downloading the profile
>clearing the cache
>deleting and re-downloading the content
After trying these options, I was told the specializations are still not unlocked properly on the server side of Halo 4.
Any help at all would be appreciated!
