6 Months and no response from the Support Team

I have had an open case with Halo support on Support.Halowaypoint.com for 8 months now trying to get some issues resolved and 6 months ago they stopped responding all of a sudden. What do I do? Ive never had a support team just stop trying to help when my ticket is still active/unresolved. I checked and my ticket isnt marked as resolved. They simply stopped responding. I dont under why.
