500K-1M cR Per Day

So you want to get 500K-1M cR Per Day well here’s how

If you don’t already know how to do the Custom Challenges 25K Every 6-10 Min then go here to learn how → http://halo.xbox.com/Forums/yaf_postsm409448_Custom-Challenges-25K-Every-6-Min.aspx

Once you got a good Check point hears what you do… I’ll try to explain it more then once for those who are having trouble

Example 1: What you do is 3 hours of Custom Challenges while they are set to turn in within 3 hours so in 2 hours and 55 min eject Reach and play another game until the next day when the new challenges come out then the cR will stick to your account.

> To be fair, no one from 343i has commented on this one way or another (I wish they would BTW). All we can say with certainty are these facts:
>
> A). You can make as many custom challenges as you want. (Completely Legal)
>
> B). You can use the target locator to get lots of kills/medals/ect. (Completely Legal)
>
> C). You can earn a decent amount of credits by combining the two above strategies. (Completely Legal)
>
> D). You can surpass the credit cap by not being online when the credits come in. (Unconfirmed Legality but presumed legal as no modding/cheating are required to do so and it can and has also been done by mistake.)
>
> So all the evidence points to there being no issue with this method. However, as I’ve said in the past, I wish they would comment on this one way or another so that people would stop worrying or know to stop doing it. Either way, an official word would be nice.

> As I mentioned in the OP’s other thread (in which he questioned the “banablity” [is that a word?] of going over the credit limit) we really don’t KNOW 343’s opinion on the matter. Technically you are earning all of the credits legally and you aren’t modding or resetting anything. That being said, you are still going over the established limit.
>
> However, many people on these forums have been going over the limit lately with these challenges (hence all of the “why are my credits decreasing” threads), the difference is that since they continue to play while/after their challenges start coming in this “method” (if you want to call it that) just encourages playing a different game whilst the credits come in. There’s not really anything “illegal” about not being on Reach while the credits come in and in fact I would guarantee that many people have done this very thing accidentally. Most of them probably never even noticed that they had passed the credit limit at all or, if they had, just figured that custom challenges don’t count towards the daily limit.
>
> Due to this fact, even people who credit farm far over the limit using this method might not ever know that they are “bypassing” anything and may only see it as one further feature/advantage of using custom challenges. You really can’t (or at least shouldn’t) punish/ban people for doing something that:
>
> A). They might not know is even an exploit and not a feature.
> B). Can be done accidentally (even in great numbers).
> C). Requires nothing but just using the system that is already in place and has no devious requirements other than just playing a game that’s not Reach on your Xbox.
>
> All this being said, and as I said in the previous thread,I myself have myself passed the credit limit a few times due this “method” (again, for lack of a better word) and by just doing a lot of customs while playing FF and MM both intentionally and unintentionally (as I’m sure many others have) and would certainly welcome an official opinion from 343i on this matter (both for myself and the community at large) as I’m sure no one wants to be breaking any rules and/or risking punishment.

And now that you’ve mentioned it, they’ll probably lower the custom challenge payout further.

mmmmmmmm… banana-bility

So, do you turn in the challenges after the 6-10 mins, or just keep playing for that 3 hour period?

whatever you said, i dont like it, i dont like it all

Doesn’t the radar locator gun only shoot like twice before it runs out?
How do you even do the challenges with it then lol

Yes I iz a nub

> So, do you turn in the challenges after the 6-10 mins, or just keep playing for that 3 hour period?

Yup. As soon as you have reached the numbers required that you set in your custom challenge(s), turn them in & then make them again & repeat the process

Thanks for the informative post, very interesting. I’m still a little unclear though.

Suppose I start farming at 5PM. I farm the custom challenges 50 times by 7PM. This amounts to just over a million cR. Does this mean that, as long as I turn off my Xbox before 8PM, I can play Reach the next day at like, 2PM and find my account with the million credits added on?

lets say u start at 5PM you keep on doing the same challenges over and over until the 3 hours is up so 8PM then you get off “Reach” until the next day and you will have all the cR… lets say you go back on reach and play even 1 game it will revert you back to what you should have… so just as long as you get off reach before then custom challenges start being added to your account you will be fine

So instead of actually playing the game to get a higher rank and earning your cR, you would rather farm it and be one of those horrible high ranking kids.

Cool.

Correct. Boost for three hours on Monday and play on Tuesday.

EDIT: Orphan beat me to it ha ha.

Each to his own. I have put my time in in the trenches. Now it’s time to sit back and enjoy the desk job!

Someone has claimed to have reached inheritor in 7 days on a new account, at an average of 4 million cr a day, by using a mixture of a 6 hour challenge boosting method, a macro on his computer for creating/turning-in challenges, a macro-controller to reset the checkpoint for him, and a campaign-save editor to move all the enemies to one location.

Yeah…343 might have wanted to look into how the credit cap worked before making the challenges directly add credits to your service record on a time-delay. Even removing the delay of receiving the credits (ie. credits are awarded in 3 hours, rather than when you complete them) would have stopped anyone from doing the above example, since the whole reason the bypass works is that you are not online while it’s giving you credits.

Then again, rank never meant anyone was a good player to begin with, only that they had played enough to get that rank, so maybe this will stop little kids from freaking out when they see high-leveled people.

1 600 medals = 5000cr
2 1000 laser desigator = 4844 cr
3 175 grunt hero = 5000
4 300 jackel specialist = 5000cr
5 175 skirmisher specialist = 5000cr

This is a tweeked version of the challenges, but you will still make the same amount so it goes by quicker! I average out about 4:17 on this! The tweeked challenges were originally posted by IxI Kit IxI. Just thought I would move them to this thread as well, happy farming everyone!

EDIT: It only goes by faster for 1,3,4,5 but it should help people go by faster if they don’t have a very good checkpoint.

How much CR can you get per hour? [on average]

> How much CR can you get per hour? [on average]

Well according to my first run through on this I got 67,917.3 credits an hour. (203,752 for total then I divide by 3) But I was going very slow and was interupted at times during this, not to mention it takes 10 minutes for me to create all 5 challenges by hand.

You are very welcome. To max everything out in one run, it’s about 4:30-4:45 (still need to play around with that and make sure).

But just having the time shaved that much makes a very big difference. The longest part is just setting up the challenges, especially when you get an error message.

And has anybody else noticed how the TL kills never count past 1,023?

I never noticed that, well I noticed they stopped every time at 1023 but I just thought that was me stopping perfectly every time.

Source? I am intrigued.

Same here, I also want to know if that account got banned because if it didn’t then I will definitely, 100% know that this would be legal.
