"500 - Internal server error"

I get the page “500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.” when signed on to my main forum profile. When I’m either not signed in, or on a different profile, the error goes away.

The page pops up no matter where I get linked to. When going to halowaypoint.com, it only says “Sorry, we encountered a problem while processing your request.” Again, this only happens on my main forum profile.

This happens on Google Chrome, Firefox, and IE. I’ve deleted all browsing history, cookies, and emptied the cache. Nothing has fixed this. Please halp.

What’s your main account so we can look into this?

Verdigris. Thanks a bunch!

I’ve tried on my iPod, my laptop, and family computer. Nothing has worked, thus far.

I use to get this on my firefox a lot. Since ffox does not work for me anymore, I’ve gotten chrome and have not seen it anymore.

That 500 error used to be really.annoying.

Try clearing the cache.

> Try clearing the cache.

It’s nothing on my side. Everything I’ve tried hasn’t worked, including using different computers, and devices. Something about my profile got destroyed in this new update, I guess. :frowning:

I use my iPhone all the time to go on waypoint.what’s happens to me is if I’m looking at a post or posts and I move up the page it will automatically shoot to the top of page or take me to the home page.its quite a pain.iv checked on my iPad and it doesn’t seem to happen on that device.

I hope they sort this out soon! New members in the Roll Call forum need their Grunt plushies!!!

Seriously though, that’s annoying, (doubly so since it happened so soon after you were made CMotW!)

At least it’s good to hear I’m not the only one with this problem! Hopefully that means it’ll get fixed faster.

Right? lol. Grunt Plushies are here all alone with no-one to love!

On a slight side-note, I see that on ebay, Grunt Plushies are $100 or more! I must get one!

My problem is fixed, I guess. Thanks website team guys! You’re amazing

This still isn’t fixed for my user: III TJP III

I can’t view my profile when logged as other users, can’t view stats and obviously can’t log in…

Bump.

As above.

Getting annoying now.

That’s weird because I can view your waypoint forum profile:

III TJP III

and your Service Record profile fine with my account.

I hope they fix this for you. It sucks! :frowning:

I had the same issue but the Web Team fixed my issue over about 24 hours. Good fast service. If your issue hasn’t resolved itself try PM’ing the web team or bs Angel to get it sorted out.

Just PM’d bs Angel. Hopefully this gets sorted soon
