Master Chief Collection has been updated to fix some of the problems. The game still has a ton of issues with connecting. I think of this game were to be fixed this is what it needs.
Game selection for online. Whenever I go on MCC I want to play Halo CE BTB. It always seems as if Halo 3 or 2 is always voted. I think this would be a great addition becuase you can play the game with a certain game mode you want without having to wait a long time.
Fix online campaign. I’ve wanted to do 4 player co-op on Halo 3 and 4 via Xbox live but it seems as if it still doesn’t work and is still really laggy even though we all have a good Internet connection.
Halo 3 ODST Firefight. Most people I know own the Halo 3 ODST DLC. Halo 4 has Spartan Ops but why doesn’t Halo 3 ODST have Firefight? I think it’ll be a great addition to the game and make it much more fun to play.
Fix audio bugs. It seems as if after I complete an online matches in MCC my headset doesn’t work. I have two headsets and this happens all the time. I don’t think it’s my headset.
Customization. Yes, I know there’s customization in Halo MCC but it’s not what it was like back then. Back then we could customize almost all parts of the armor.
I have finished saying what I wanted to say. I hope 343 can see the community wants this becuase we enjoy MCC and it’s been years since it’s released and people still have issues with the game working. 343 wanted to bring the classic community back on Xbox but becuase of a rough launch that didn’t really happen. I’m sure if 343 does this to fix MCC a lot more people will start playing the game more and the game will have more copies sold.

I think everything you mentioned would be a nice fix/ addition to MCC, however the point that I’ve quoted doesn’t really make sense to me. Think about what you’ve said here: “It always seems as if Halo 3 or 2 is always voted” means that a CE BTB probably wouldn’t have a high population so “without having to wait a long time” probably wouldn’t be true. I imagine the search times may be terrible, if there would even be a population high enough for the playlist.
My advice is to make a conscious effort to enjoy the other games BTB modes. Try not to be disappointed when they inevitably get voted for.

I would have to disagree on the Halo CE BTB playlist portion that you mentioned. Personally I have a couple hundred friends on XBL that I met either here on waypoint or through the MCC while playing it. A lot of them like myself are fans of Halo CE but they don’t play BTB because it doesn’t come up as a vote every time. If either there was an adjustment to BTB where every game comes up as a voting each time by having 4 voting options or by splitting BTB up so Halo 3 gets its own BTB playlist they would hope on it all the time.
You forgot a custom game browser. I feel that if they are going to completely abandon this game, they could at least give us a custom game browser with JIP. It would also help people that are having trouble with matchmaking still.

For the second point, I would prefer that the “chief session” have the chance to “SAVE LAST CHECKPOINT.” Last night tried to get “Anual achievement” and we were in the final part (ghost escape) and suddenly the game kicked us out.
For or the third point, I thought that it was clear that NOBODY LIKES SPARTAN OPS. They play spartan ops because of the achievements only. MCC should have firefight instead, and achievements should be like:
-Reach 500,000 points on firefight
-Complete a wave on legendary without dying
-Destry 3 wraiths in one game of firefight in heroic or legendary
-Kill 1,000 brutes in firefight
etc…

MMC might be abandoned, but we are talking about MCC.
I agree with all of these but I’d say a pretty significant one is improved custom game/joining stability. Custom games are playable now but they still often kick you out and even worse is that joining in MCC only works half the time with me. Too often will it say “connection failed” and make it impossible for me to join others. On that note, a join in progress for customs and forge would do wonders as well I think, in fact I’d make this a significant request as well. Your points are great too OP, hopefully these will make it in some day.

Is a ‘costume game’ when you play split screen with your friends whilst playing fancy dress???
