Look, I had my account banned after letting my disabled son play Halo 5. This isn’t cool as it is a game and he was playing on normal social matches. I understand the ranked matches are very competitive and so I don’t let him play that. I have received many disturbing emails from players when my son plays the game. This is seriously unprofessional to just ban a kid from playing a GAME! my gamer tag is haneyhanes

There’s no appeal process. You have to wait til the ban time is up.
Man that sucks I’m sorry that happened I’ll look around for help and come back if l found any. 
It’s only a 5 hour ban. Just wait it out.
Any ban queries should be made in the ban thread pinned at the top of these forums, please have a read over the first post of that topic.
Bans are automatically given out and are not appealable, just a case of waiting for the timer to run down. It’s not really unprofessional if your son hasn’t been playing by the rules. He has to abide by the same rules as everyone else
