5 different Xboxs say halo 5 is 0gb on the hdd

Me and my wife and my friend bought the halo 5 console plus my other friend who has the day one… so

Whenever we go look for how many gb halo 5 takes up, it says 0gb. Sometimes deleting the profile and a hard reset does the trick but not always.

Why is those things?

Looks like the great Forrunnners do not deem you worthy of playing their Reclaimer Saga.

It’s on an external HDD? Try moving it to the internal and see how long it takes to move. Take note of the available space on the internal before and after you move it. That’ll tell you how large it actually is.

If this doesn’t work, you may just have to uninstall the thing and try again, unfortunately.

You said Me and my wife. It should be My Wife and I.

It would actually be “My friend, my wife, and I”. But you saved the day and solved his issue. Thanks.

Hopefully u don’t end up uninstalling and reinstalling for no reason  I think alot of people are just freaking out for no reason. Good luck
