5 days of support and my account is actually worse

5 days straight of being bounced around support and reading help forums while on hold Is incredibly taxing for anyone. No one at all should be subject to that for even the most complex problems.

I am 5 days deep into an insane support process, but it’s beyond ridiculous in my case, as I live a very restricted life due to the multiple disabilities that keep me homebound and make just getting a glass of water something I have to plan for in advance. I think it is long past time for someone with some sort of authority or decision-making power to contact me and end this nightmare that has my life and health in shambles.

I’ve taken the time to type the details of my problem no less than 20 times now, so I’m not going to do it again here.

For the support crew reading this, please contact me so we can end this simple issue with one of the many solutions I know you have. I would like to go back to playing video games all day and sending you money recklessly once again, please.

Sorry to hear about your issue. I have not seen an instance were support contacts individuals. They do, albeit very rarely, provide support through the forum.

I see…well, I really appreciate the information. Hopefully these big developers that run our community will someday take on the “customer is always right” ideology used by almost every other industry (or at least realize that we are humans with feelings and shouldn’t be disregarded like useless garbage). I’m right there with you. On this end, I can’t even locate a source of support to begin with; and on the Microsoft/Xbox end, I requested to talk to a higher tier of support 5 of the 7 or 8 times I contacted someone, but was ignored and taken through the exact same steps that hadn’t solved anything during previous support sessions. This sucks. It really makes me wish I wasn’t a gamer, tbh.
