Just wanted to post that the update today for Sgt. Johnson appears to be having the exact same issue as the Colony update. It was frozen at 0% for over 10 minutes, I decided to perform a hard-reset and now it’s installing the entire game (28gb) again. Additionally I’m having issues with other services now, just like when I installed the Colony update.
It’s my hope that this is resolved (as it should have been already) for future updates.

Hard resetting corrupts it (I think) and forces it to reinstall. If you wait it eventually unfreezes. Ske7ch made a post on this this morning.

Maybe you should check the time stamps genius. This thread was created prior to his post.
Not to mention I did wait twenty or so minutes which in itself is ridiculous when every other game and update I’ve done has been immediate. Note other people’s posts with times of 30 minutes waiting. If you’re going to be condescending, you should at the very least have your stuff straight.
