Lol I have no idea of what you’re talking about. But if you are asking how to stack speed boosts: you need to be req 8. Just get 4 speed boosts from the req station at once.

Use 1 damage boost, let your energy recharge then use a second. You’ll only have a small time with both stimuli active though.
In normal warzone you have to wait if you’re at REQ level 9, but in warzone turbo you can stack multiple damage boosts
