This is my 4th attempt to get some dang answers. I paid money for a defective product called “Warzone req bundle” and I still have yet to get a single req from this. 343 has stolen my hard earned money and I want answers.
I post every week and I never get anything. Xbox support says it’s 343s problem. 343 won’t respond to me in any way shape or form.
I have been a halo player since 2004 and if this does not get a response then I and 4 others are leaving halo for good. Halo will never get another dime from us.

Warzone REQ packs come out every Tuesday - 2 per week for 7 weeks.
Make sure you actually have it downloaded. Go to Games and Apps on Xbox, move over Halo 5 and Manage Game. If it’s there maybe you need to delete and re-download it.
I have the same issue, and Monday will mark a week since 343 posted on my thread saying they “will look into it” for me. Personally, I am not going to stop playing Halo because of this, but I will be -Yoink!- if the issue doesn’t get resolved. To the others that have posted on this thread, I have done everything you have suggested, and more. Actually if any of you (including the OP) wish to see the amount of work I have put into trying to get my Premium REQ PacYouks, you can understand my extreme frustration at this point. I do agree, and stated in my own thread, that I feel that my money has been stolen. I am at a loss of what else to do…
Exact same here, i posted in RBG Ducky52’s post as well and still nothing! was really hoping there would be something in the weekly update about it, but once again nothing.
Also to all the people suggesting quitting out of the game etc, we really do appreciate your help but honestly we have tried EVERYTHING, the licence is there on the console, we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the pack itself and the game, power cycling the console, microsoft even had me try uninstalling everything on my profile and then reinstalling it all and STILL nothing.
We have literally tried everything possible so now we want our answers from 343!
