Yes. Bought an Xbox One X and 4k tv last week. The game looks amazing…
Edit: The cinematics looked amazing, however I do not know for a fact that they are. Sorry I jumped the gun on my original response.
You will never find better cut scenes than blur! Blur cut scenes are like 8K no need to waste resources on cut scenes blur already perefcted.
If you are talking about the normal cut scenes eh I have blur and blur is perfect
