What is this 48 hour trial you speak of? Not sure if you can add it to an existing account but I have a 48 hour trial that came with Black Ops at home that I won’t be using.
I’d imagine it starts at midnight tonight.

It also depends if you purchased Halo 4 used, if got it new then you receive a 72 Hour Card. Even if you purchased the Map Pack you dont recieve a 48 or 72 hour card.
