I understand your point with the rarity of the banshee, yet if you want wasps I think it will cost less to open only silver pack
Yet here I am with 11 of them from only opening the Firefight commendation packs + the packs needed for 100% completion this update.
Since the Firefight update, I’ve opened close to 150 gold packs…and i have a whopping 16 Wasps (I’ve used about 4 of them, so it used to be 20). Definitely a “rare” req. Might try the silver pack route people are suggesting.
i opened up 20 gold packs, and now have 17 of wasps haha
Did you try Silver? They do show up in there too.
I got the Wasp Commendation on a Silver pack. The Wasp is a Bluecard. So you will better luck with them in Silver packs
not as rare as phaeton
This might be 343s way of limiting the theoretical early wasp swarm ive seen people worried about.

Since this post, i’ve only opened silver packs, I have not found a single wasp, while i found 6 banshees, and 5 sword banshees, gold or silver, they’re still way too rare for how weak they are
I’ve been trying to get the H2 BR since February. I did all my lower certifications with silvers. I’ve spent a few million points. Unbelievable.
Well, look on the bright side.

gold Packs are more likely to give out stuff you don’t have. I got it on a gold in my 4-5 pack after the update. Everything else just gave me mantises, gauss tanks, temple banshee & ghost, nornfang, gauss turrets, a hell bunch of f-ing brs I wont realy use, blueteam & aurum skins, etc. Bunch of stuff I didn’t had and will rarely ever use.

im on 31 golds opened 11 banshees 1 wasp. i feel like im even more -Yoink!- over
One solution is to add more variants, such as: woodland, tundra, urban, oni, & hannibal.
