I got a game update for 450mb. Any ideas?
I just got it as well. Was playing an hour ago with no update. Jump back on and got one.
This is strange. There also seems to have been a server side update attached. Any idea if someone could shed light on what this was for?
Halo 5 had a smaller one as well. I doubt its anything of importance for us. Most likely some under the hood stuff.

Mine is over 7 GB. Not that small.
Edit: After looking at it closer, it did the whole glitch, so I’m actually downloading 41 GB. Read the numbers wrong.
Does anyone know what this update was for yet?
For those who are not downloading yet…
for me it worked the “trick” to stop and restart the download to not have to download the entire game again. Hope this can help.

Might be the straw that broke the camels back for me… For the first 4-5 months, I never had to re-download the entire game… The last 2 months, I have to re-download the 40+gb every time… So saying “small update” is irrelevant when it comes to having to wait hours for the entire game to download… I don’t get much time to play as it is, so this is extremely irritating… and the sad thing is, they’ll probably have another ‘update’ come through with the upcoming patch or something whenever it drops (next week?)… So I might have to re-download AGAIN…
Since I couldn’t play, I was bored and annoyed so I went ahead and ordered CoD… I wish there were more blitz, firefight, and even multiplayer maps for that matter… Oh well it was fun while it lasted…

Sorry to hear that. If it helps, the balance changes will most likely be a server side update so you won’t have to deal with this.
FYI:
