EDIT: I’d better mention that the linked video contains a lot of spoilers for the H2A campaign level “Gravemind”.
This is lovely.
okay the flood are officially scary, even the little guy at the end on the prophet, jesus christ that was creepy!!
I am holding myself from watching this because I want to be surprise when I run thought it on for the first time
Nice! thanks
Against my better judgement, I had to watch this.
It looks beautiful. The Gravemind looks a bit odd, but I can dig it!
Those must be some super tall covenant structures in the middle of High Charity…seeing as a lot of them are almost half as tall as the Dreadnought, which is 35,000 feet tall, that means a lot of the covenant skyscrapers in the city are at least 17,500 feet tall. Pretty sick!
freaking gorgeous.
343/blur/CA/Microsoft…thanks so much for this.
OH yeah, bungie too.
Thanks for the post!

same not gunna watch it. Only cinematics I have seen were the short trailers and that is as far as I will go.
I’m really loving the new lighting for Halo 2 anniversary. It seems Blur used the same lighting style in the cutscenes: everything seems a lot more reflective and there’s good contrast between light and dark. For example, take the dreadnought and its surroundings; simply gorgeous. It creates a metallic and futuristic feel to everything… I’m feeling more and more that I am in the year 2552(ish).
I agree. the lighting is just so perfect.
