One of the most amazing features of Halo games was the ability to take 4 people on one console (spiltscreen) into an online match. I’ve always loved this, and it has made Halo stand-out above all other shooters in my house. PLEASE keep this ability in Halo 5! I realize this is just a beta, but the lack of any splitscreen has me worried.
2 player splitscreen is not enough, I sincerely hope that 4 player splitscreen in online matches is supported in this game.

In the beta no, but splitscreen will be in the released version
Xbox one no longer requires online splitscreen friends to login as guest. They can use their very own Xbox Live Silver accounts (as long as active Gold account is on home console). Halo MCC, and Diablo 3 ROS are good examples. What it means is online splitscreeners can save their games!
However 4 player splitscreen in online matches is UNCONFIRMED in Halo 5.
