4 hours is ridiculous!!!

Why is snickerdoodle going around locking up forums when there’s been no update in 4 hours to let players know what’s being done to resolve the server issue everyone seems to be having after installing the latest system update? The only reason I have a gold account is to play halo online multiplayer. I’m paying for a service I want updates as to why I’m not able to play on a service that’s being paid for! If this is any indication of how 343 is handling infinite and the new project, we are all in for a very sad disappointment! Could someone at least let us know what the problem was???

The problem is Xbox Live related, there is a service alert out for several games right now
