4/17/17 Patch Question

Hey All:

I apologize if this is a silly question, but are the gameplay patch and colony patch being released together (aka are they one and the same)? I was under the impression that the gameplay patch was coming out today and colony tomorrow. If anyone can shed some insight, that would be great!
