So everyone agreed that the AI were too much in WZ and they should get nerved, like the grunt jockey sniping you across the map. Or the insane amount of AI on Battle of Noctus.
I guess most people assumed that 343 knew that and they would fix it? But they didnt do ANYTHING, instead they gave us a useless new BR and AR.
Please I hope this topic gets attention and 343 will fix it ASAP.
I don’t agree the AI should be nerfed. The teams I get through matchmaking usually finish about 25-33% of the time. Seems about right for the mode to be worth a challenge.
Some of the AI has been patched. The grunt goblin has lower vehicle damage output. Weakened canopy health and some other changes. The jackals on apex 7 no longer have beam rifles either.

Please spawn a banshee on ARC next time or try to kill the mantis boss on Noctus who regenerates health after 5 seconds or get killed 15 times by the banshees on noctus.
Noctus was the best map in WZ, after the last update its the worst.
The Grunt Jockey seems to be too powerful. I don’t care that it takes a while to destroy him, or even when he does the needle attack that hits multiple enemies.
Here’s an example of what has happened to me :
In Escape From ARC, I spawned in a Banshee in regular Warzone, the Grunt Jockey was able to shoot all the way past the first capturable bases with his needler arm weapon and destroy me in 6 or 7 bullets/needles. I then tried to spawn in a Phaeton, same thing. This enemy would not even shoot people near it and it was able to take me out twice (in a vehicle) from across the map. Sorry, but that’s a load of garbage.
This has happened to me on Apex7 too, still a long distance away, and it was able to take down my vehicle quick.
I don’t think the enemies in Firefight are too bad, even the Grunt Jockey there seems easier. They do have to change up the spawns in WZFF though, nothing like trying to defend a garage that’s been blocked off by spawns of Prometheans and is already getting captured before you even get there.
I have an issue with spawns being 10 seconds away from the fight, like on Urban in the first wave. And I can see tweaking boss fights. But the main part of the game is tough in a good way, for me. Reach firefight was nerfed until it was just a cakewalk and so hearing nerf I think there are downsides generally.
