i am not trying to start a flame war or any thing like that ,but is there a reason before any battles take place the other side quits in a 3v3 like 2 minutes in to the game one person quits then at 3 minutes the next other two quit no one even got in to a battle yet no points were made nothing no lag ether.

Most likely there is a low ranked player on one team and their team mate doesnt want to get stuck playing with them because they assume they suck so they quit, now that team is down 3v2 so the next player leaves because they assume they have no shot. I will leave a game after watching a recruit for a bit on what they are building and doing. If they show they have no idea how to play I’m not going to stick around and wait for the other team to attack and this recruit cant put up a fight.

This happens to me all the time its frustrating not to mention the fact that they don’t even try the just give up at least stay and see how it goes i have lost count to the amount of games that i have lost because my teammates leave.
Anyone who quits 3v3 or 2v2 is a -Yoink-, last time i left a game because my teammate sucked, was at 2010.
Also, if you quit, atleast send some suplies.
OMG, I just recently started playing Halo Wars recently. Watched a few videos on youtube, especially the mythbuster ones, but i stil have alot to learn.
But its been atleast almost every game somebody on on my team quits, if not both of them, within the first thirty seconds. this is frustrating because that means i lose trueskill rank and cant rank up.
I come from the FPS Halo community and usually people do this to down rank so they can play people of less skill. Is this still true for Halo Wars?

They needed a sort of penalty system that if you quit within the first few minutes, you can’t join matchmaking for 10 mins, type of thing.
The only time I ever quit games at the very beginning is if its a near certain thing I’m going to get rushed, like vs 3 covenant on Exile, 99% chance they will all leader rush and you just can’t beat that… Or 3 anders nubbing their way to victory with gauss hogs… Again something you can’t beat if you have three sets of them attacking in the first 5 mins…
