That’s only half true. 343i works like a bipolar madman. After getting criticized for Halo 4 being too Social and the Campaign being too scripted and plot-centric, they did improve the bits that lacked (made the Campaign more Sandbox and flexible gameplay wise, added a very competitive multiplayer experience) but in the same stroke they undid everything that made Halo 4 good and special in spite of its issues (they have us a crap story with no character development, they gave us a bare bones number of modes and no Social options at launch barring Warzone).
I wouldn’t be surprised if Halo 6 comes out with a downgraded Forge and no competitiveness in the MP.
still I would’ve loved master chief being an enemy to the UNSC
still I would’ve loved master chief being an enemy to the UNSC (woops sorry, I accidentally sent it twice)

I doubt they will do that.
A wise man learns from his mistakes, a wiser man learns from the mistakes of others.
And yet, 343i let Halo 4 be Reach 2.
Also (not including spin-offs like the mobile games) this would actually be 343i’s six attempt as we have two remasters from them and two mainstreams and the upcoming Halo Wars 2 (yeah yeah, theyre not directly created by 343i but they still had a hand in their development. If MCC had a beta, it could’ve possibly fixed the server issues that plagued it after launch.)

The only one thing the community asked for, as a majority, was Infection. They have done nothing else.

I’m not, but it’s a good thing that I’m a normal gamer that plays a multitude of games… wait… that doesn’t happen anymore?
You should really play another game every once in a while though (I’ve been seeing more people than just you commenting in a way that suggests they only play Halo). That’s what I did after twenty-some-odd days marked for Halo 5 on my Xbox profile. It’s fun when you get to see other things.
I’m thinking…
Get a better writer, at least 50/50 with Locke and Chief, Kill off Palmer (don’t make it over the top), don’t mess with gameplay much, focus most time on maps/gametypes/playlists, take out the REQ system (H3 or Reach system works), Reach art style (at least black under suits).
That works for me.

> 2nd) Halo 4 was a catastrophic disaster. Reach plummeted Halo’s; so, they should have gone back to the roots of Halo. Given us great graphics with a Halo 3/2 gameplay, but instead game us Halo 4. As you know, this community shrunk to almost nothing in three months. Halo 3 averaged a population of 100,000+ at times, and Halo 4 had only 30,000- after three months.

> 3rd) was MCC. This should go unmentioned. This game was terrible. The only good thing about it was the H2 anniversary graphics, and that was subbed out to a third party to make… NOT 343. They should have just made a Halo 2 anniversary. I feel as though that game would have been way better, and probably still played more than Halo 5.

> 4th) Halo 5. The lowest sales in Halo history, terrible UI, unorganized reqs, no earned armor unlocks, terrible story that has not been given any praise, unplayable BTB, ranked only arena, scares game modes, no split screen, too much emphasis on HCS rather than the majority of the community, terrible warzone maps, dedicated 343 fans who piss everyone off when they comment to posts like this (which I sure they will), Prometheans, Sarah Palmer lol, and so much more. Halo 5 could have been good, but they screwed up too much. Games are supposed to make you happy, but this game does the opposite. I have never in my life scram at a game out of anger, but I do over Halo 5 most times I play.
>
> I always said Halo would be my favorite, and that nothing could turn me away from it. I was wrong thanks to 343. I have given them too many chances. Halo 5 is my last Halo game ever. Too many other game are looking more fun, and are more fun for that matter. Because of this, I have determined Halo a waste of money.
Bai bai

Define majority. They also put in many highly requested forge options, Grifball, UI, Firefight (I don’t care about your opinion on its original accuracy, they still put in PvE), and some other tweeks.

Wait halo 4 had two campaigns one amazing one average?
not even going to bother buying H6

I laught so hard
They always wanted to do new things… Project Idea; Good.
Final product - disaster
I mean I dig the optimism OP, but I’m out of patience with 343. Between Halo 4, the MCC, and Halo 5 I am really just not willing to give 343 anymore chances that end up with me padding their bottom line. Halo 6 will be a used purchase for me if a purchase at all. I dont even like where the story has gone so even the campaign may not be enough to bring me back. I haven’t played Halo 5 regularly in over 4-5 months. It just feels mediocre and I still don’t like how 343 has handled the DLC and microtransactions.
That’sjust me though.

And again comes out the point that these should have been present at launch, infection included. This is a sequel here, you don’t get less content in a sequel you get more, at least you’re supposed to unless 343 devs your game.
Halo 4 multiplayer: too social. Halo 5 multiplayer: too competitive. Halo 6: The middle ground???

If they haven’t by now I’d be surprised.
And I also agree with OP patience is key

Hey, you have a lot more patience than some people did, some people didn’t even get to Halo 5! Or Halo 4 for that matter…

What kind if argument is that? I play a multitude of other games and I’m still tired of 343 and Halo 5. Whenever I boot the game up I am immediately reminded of why I put it down within a match or two. It’s a mediocre game if you ask me, with the only decent part plagued by issues the devs refuse to fix or just outright ignore to pump out more reqs.
