If you didn’t know 343 did a one time transfer in 2019 for all the maps and game types on the fileshare. I along with a bunch of other people missed the transfer so I started looking into how to transfer the files myself. I’ve been working on this since the MCC released on PC. I’ve figured out how to transfer all my maps, game types, and screenshots as well as read the in game name and description of maps and gametypes. I wanted to post this here because I know I’m not the only one with their old 360 laying around with all its content still on there and didn’t get everything they wanted transfered.
If a 343 employee is reading this I only wanted to transfer my old content and I would be really happy if your company offered a tool to do what this one does. I’d even be happy if you adopted this as an official tool.
That would be nice.
