360 Servers Working again now, but with errors

The 360 reach server is functioning again but with errors? It keeps making games, then every other time a match is made it keeps kicking me from the game. Other players stay in and play but i cant play almost every game. I was able to play 2 before work that connected, and each time someone from the other team was kicked out, it seems not all 8 players can connect for some odd reason and 1 or 2 always get left behind and the game connects for a 4v3 or 4v2 uneven matches. Are they aware of this/ is it fixable?

Are you playing on the Xbox 360 or using the backwards-compatible disc on Xbox One? I have played a bit of multiplayer on Xbox One using the backwards-compatible disc with no issues. If you are on the 360 then I have no clue cannot help you.
