hey guys. I’m completally desperate. After all this time and finally after get my new xbox one and get HALO 5, I can’t play!!! Yes guys i can’t play. I don’t know if maybe i’m the only one with this problem but after insert the disk and run the game, Halo 5 ask me for an update of !!!35 GB!!!. Completely reasonable after all this time since the release of the game. But there is the problem. The update is so big that seems to be corrupt on any file. At the moment to play no matter campaing or multiplayer, the game got stock. Sometimes for more than 2 or 3 seconds witch in combat this is surething you will die. Plus the horrible feeling to cannot play. I ask with head down to the comunity and to you guys 343, to please advise me with anything to do. I’m getting crazy without play. I thank you all for your support and your time. 
What’s the size on your HDD ? Should be something like 81.5 GB. I suggest console reset, hold power button for that. The other option is to uninstall Halo then reinstall, that could be a long process if you don’t have fibre bb.

Ps, Halo 5 has not gotten almost 40gb worth of content… the size of this game and updates are way too large
Hi Eviltedi. Yes is something like that 81 or 83 gb. And yes i also unistall the game and install it again. The first maybe 5 times were through wifi connection and not the last one was through the lan wire connection witch shows improvement at the installation time, before was around 4 hours installing and now was only 40 to 50 min. I played it again and still is not lag its just got frozen for 1 or 2 or 3 seconds and then comes back this happens at any time many times. I will reset the console witch is new and i will keep you post. Thanks a lot.
hey guys, nothing. the game still the same i reset the xbox i reinstall the game and i run everything again but still the same, i don’t know what to do. i can’t play its so annoying any other tip, there is any way to contact 343? i have no idea what to do i can’t even the campaign play and i checked on youtube how it looks like the lag or bad connection and is not the same mine gets frozen by seconds and then comes back is not like repeating the same steps or appearing in another place you know how lag is. so please any help will be very thankful. thanks
Im trying to follow what you are saying. I know you said you have connected it to a hardwire and not using wireless. Are you playing the game hardwired or back to wireless? You always have to be hard wired in order to get any real decent performance out of the game. Also make sure your Nat setting is Open. That is a must otherwise you will experience some very strange issues. If you continue to have issues report back here again and see what else someone might have for you to try… Good luck!

Hey guys! Well the problem still and i haven’t play it all this days. Bcus make so -Yoinking!- sad. And yes i ran the game on Lan (cable conncetion) and the same. No matter if its campaing ot multiplayer. Witch i think is stupid how the internet connection can affect the campaing? Its just a file a program that is running its not like multiplayer where do you need stable conncetion and connect to servers its completally something else. So i will delete it again and i will reinstall the game but this time i will go to my game store to ask them for that favor. Maybe their conncetion can download the missing files. ( thats what i think its missing) if you guys can give me any other tip-help. Is very welcome. I’m so sad man. No Halo in my life is the worst. Thanks.
