34X Gold Packs NOT RECEIVING

Hello, I purchased the “34X + 13 Gold REQ Packs” bundle but they are not showing up on Halo Waypoint or in the game. It has been several hours now, and still nothing.

Please help, 343!

One day later and I still do not have the 47 total packs that I paid for. Some assistance would be much appreciated!

It does not show up under Recent Orders, which I think is because I purchased the 47 packs as a redeemable code directly from Amazon.com (from this link: https://www.amazon.com/Halo-Guardians-Gold-Packs-Digital/dp/B01D0LVPTK/ )

I had previously purchased an Arena REQ Bundle code from Amazon.com and redeemed it and it worked just fine, but without appearing in my Recent Orders. I think it only shows up in Recent Orders if you buy it directly from the Xbox website, which I did not do.

If you need proof that I purchased the 47 packs, I would be happy to provide you with the invoice of the Amazon order if you provide me with an email address to send it to.

All I want are the packs that I paid for.

I can confirm that codes purchased through Amazon and redeemed through Xbox do not show up in Recent Orders. I purchased an Arena REQ Bundle through Amazon as well and it is not found in my Microsoft Recent Orders.

What is the status of this issue, 343? I am out $100 and I have gotten nothing in return.

It can take a little time for them to look into it for you and get back, but they will respond :slight_smile:

Thank you for the response.

In the time between this response and your last one, I was actually able to contact Amazon support, show them this thread and explain the situation. They’ve been kind enough to issue me a refund despite their usual policy since I wasn’t able to access the content.

It seems like the foolproof way to buy packs is through the game itself or via the Halo Waypoint website, so I’ll be doing that instead now that I’ve gotten my money back. Thank you again for your time, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused.
