I’m sorry i hate to complain but i can’t take it anymore, i don’t care who replys to this i am writing this for 343 eyes. Since you have taken over from bungie i have not been able to play a single game of invasion without it lagging out to the black screen, the problem is that not everyone returns to the game, players return at different times which ruining the game. I usually end up getting the short end of the stick in situations like that, it just ruins the game pretty much making it impossible to play a full fluid match. Now this happens in every game every single game for months now, and i play at least 15 invasions a day.
There is also no doubt that the title update playlist that was meant to take our attention off gears of war 3 was and EPIC failure. I could not even complete a single game because of bug outs, and this is not due to my connection, believe me its sick!
If any other gamers out their are experiencing the same problems here is your chance to speak up, for gods sake this is not what i spent hundreds of dollars on pre-orders and dlc for god dam halo games for. 343 get your act together, but until i can play a single game of invasion with this black screen bs going on, you guys can catch HALO lV on GEARS OF WAR 3.

Ok a lot of people here have misunderstood me,
I am not complaining about lag, the games are not lagging out, i use prefer good connection 100% of
the time.
Its problems with the game not working properly, plasma grenades not exploding, shots not registering black screens and different return times. Just weird buggy things that are not connection related. And this sort of stuff was not happening this often just a few months ago.
Are there any invasion players out there that are experiencing the same things, its honestly gotten to the point where its unplayable. And i know its not connection related i play tons of other games that have less servers and they don’t have this issue. And after that stuff with the title update playlist i’ve just had enough, i’m not here to argue about whether or not this is happening because it is, i’m trying to bring the fact that invasions gotten a whole lot more buggy to the attention of the people who are responsible and can do something about it. Thats all.
Every game I play their is always lag especially in BTB it’s almost impossible to get a high spree going because of black screen. And I’m 100% sure it’s not my connection, since I have the best connection I can have in the area that I live in.
For the record all the lag problems started after bungie day, for me idk about everyone else.

While I understand your frustration over your connection issues, spreading disinformation (or outright lies) is unacceptable on these forums. None of what you just typed regarding a title update playlist going out last week happened. The TU Beta playlist is rolling scheduled to roll out on October 4th.

“Your connection issues” No it’s YOUR servers, I can go play any other game (CoD, BF3 beta, BFBC2, etc.) and play lag free games Reach is the only game with so many lag problems.
By the way I just talked to my ISP (AT&T) and they just told me I have the best connection I can have in my area.

The game hosts from somebody in the game. If it’s lagging, it must mean the game picked a bad host or no good host was available.
There is nothing wrong with 343’s servers. ALL games on Xbox Live, and Xbox Live features including Messaging, Chat, and gamer Profiles, have been suffering extreme lag and connection related issues.
ALL games are suffering right now. And Xbox Live is struggling to connect players together.
BF3 Beta went down yesterday like 4 times over these issues.
You can come here and call me a lier but the fact is that there was a TU playlist avaliable for a few hours last week, and games i played in it kept crashing and i was returned to the title screen thats a fact. I have the best connection possible in Sydney and probebly Australia, and if you read other post i am not the only one complaining about this exact problem, i not here to spread lies about halo for gods sakes i’m HALO lV!
343 your games keep going to black screens and different players return at different times and get huge advantages, you have now heard it from me about invasion and others about at least BTB too. Bungie were not perfect and the same things happened with them, what i am saying is that it has gotten to the point where its so common and frustrating i can’t bring myself to play my reach disk anymore, and if you think i’m alone here your wrong. So go ahead call me a liar and ban me from these forums if you want.
I don’t care anymore i was trying to do you a favor, something along the lines of, hey dude i play your game all day everyday and guess what this and that keeps messing up, maybe you should do something about it instead of calling a player who was on the fence about your game a liar.
Listen to what you’re being told: 343 does not host games, Bungie did not host games, all games are hosted and played by using a player’s xbox. The only thing that 343’s servers is responsible for is finding players and tracking stats.
This isn’t even a matter of “I think they changed something.” It’s not a debate, it’s fact.

Most of Reach’s population is on the other side of the planet from you. Your good connection means nothing if you’re not host, and you will not be host when every single other player in your matches is American. You don’t have to be tech-savvy to know that you’re gonna have problems playing a game whose population resides on the other half of the planet.
Stop blaming 343. Stop blaming Bungie. Stop blaming Microsoft. There’s nothing any of them can do to fix your problem. Either find an Internet provider that handles overseas connections better; leave Australia; or tolerate it. Those are the only three options you have, really.
Again i’m not claiming 343 have changed something, i never said that, i am saying a problem exists and its getting worse. Whether they changed anything or not is not the issue, its that they are the ones in charge so they are responsible, its not my fault you can’t interpret clear text.
