Hey guys, i still see a lot of people complaining etc, so i dont know if you guys have seen these posts but Frankie and David have been replying to people over at NeoGaf, and i for one am feeling a lot less worried now.
I think everyone needs to chill, and read these posts, and wait for the next podcast =)
I think the main thing to take away from those posts is…
No Armor Lock!!!
That alone instantly ranks it above reach lol…
Oh good no insta-spawn in objective games that’s one of the biggest things i’ve been worried about.

most productive thread ive seen in a while. just goes to show how badly things can be mis-read. halo4 is going to be BRILLIANT. the dawn of a new era of gaming.

The one thing though that does very much irk me is…Why are they posting this on Neogaf? WTF? Waypoint should be the end all be all for Halo info. I thought that’s what Frank had in mind for Waypoint. So why post on another forum? Just doesn’t make sense.
One could take form this that he doesn’t want to jump into the fray on Waypoint or that we don’t matter as much. Seriously, Neogaf should not be getting this info. Or at least before Waypoint forums do.
I just find that all a bit unfair to the Halo fanbase and a bit off putting.
If we didn’t have some folks on Neogaf relating this info to us it might have gone under the radar, instead of being exposed as it should be.
343, I really want to have faith in you, but these types of actions are limiting that faith to a very reserved level ATM. I really hope once the GI article officially comes out that then you’ll explain a lot of stuff.

I agree, but to be honest dude, (puts flame suit on), look at what the community has been like lately… I hate to say it but it would seem the NeoGaf community is a lot more mature than the Halo 4 forum here =(. I myself am not a neogaf member, but from what ive seen over there compared to here, i cant reeeeally blame him.
Still wouldnt hurt for him to drop some of these comments here and there though…

I think dual wielding would have been cool in campaign at least 
I’m just really sceptical about the armour abilities. Hopefully they won’t reduce the jump height due to there being jetpacks.

That’s because NeoGAF is exclusive (at least a little bit).
Still looks like CoD to me at this point.

I agree. Kinda ironic though considering we want to shoot each other’s virtual faces off on a daily basis! LOL
