343's low efficiency

After learning some cases, I found that, in the last flight, 343 took over 2days to send out the invitations even when the flight was over.Now with almost 100,000 insiders, I worry that when Beta flight is over, we may not receive the invitation on time.

I imagine the numbers are small - a tiny fraction of the whole population.

There will always be the outliers that glitch somehow. Sometimes 343’s fault. Sometimes the player’s fault. And sometimes because of an intermediary.

No system is perfect… but “low efficiency” is a gross exaggeration.

Have to remember that a lot of the time issues with emails are just out of 343’s hands completely. Once they send they emails and they leave 343’s mail servers, it’s then up to your provider to correctly route them. Some providers hold emails and there can be lengthy delays in them being processed, nothing 343 can do about that. This is why they were sending out test emails a few months back, to try and train systems and prevent their mails from being flagged as potential spam.

Depending on what provider and client you use, email can also get filtered into strange folders - Gmail is the worst culprit for this at the moment. be sure to check all additional folders or inboxes and your junk mail, in case you have an email sitting waiting.
