343's Immersion For Multiplayer

Honestly if 343 wants us to feel immersed as Spartans… they could do so much more…
Remember the scene from Halo Legends where John and his team were sprinting through a covenant ship firing and doing acrobatics?
Spartans are super genetic soldiers…
Why do we have recoil and delay in almost everything we do?
Why can’t we sprint and fire at the same time?
Why do the Spartan IVs need to communicate as if they’re basic military… barking out weapon callouts and enemy movements…
Spartans do communicate but not that brutish… usually they’re silent killers using sign language, heads up displays, and comm channels.
Anybody else have ideas to bring a Spartan’s immersion into multiplayer?

Spartan inmersion is 343 marketing like GTurismo “the real driving simulator”. Halo is a FPS not a “Spartan Simulator” but meh… who care about it here.

Sign language isn’t really viable in a firefight, when you have to keep a hold of your gun, and your eyes on the other people with guns. Given that you can’t hear enemy chatter, I’d say they are using comm channels. Plus, S-4s were originally basic military.
As for sprint+shoot, that’s a basic human anatomical restriction. No matter how augmented you are, you’re still limited by that.

It would be nice if they could immerse us with visors that actually blocked sun glare, but I guess they don’t have our prehistoric sunglasses technology in the future…
